Won’t lie, I’m a big fan of just water and protein. It’s quick to go down the hatch and I don’t feel bloated afterwards. I’m lactose intolerant so it’s just the most simple.

Not really a smoothie but this is the internet so I'll answer anyway. 150g of homemade l. reuteri yoghurt mixed with honey and blueberries or raspberries, scoop of casein. Bonus points for carnitine powder.
