Once in my teenager years, felt like someone heavy sat on my stomach, difficulty breathing, heard a woman's loud screaming, shrieking, and laughing throughout the paralysis, the experience terrorized me for years!

I did a lot, usually when I slept in a certain room. And usually one of my cats would always bring me out of it. I don’t know how he knew but he did.

It was quite fun the last time I had it. Been about half a decade. I became aware of the state I'm in and from there it was a fun figuring my way out of it (just tried really hard to drop one of my limb off the bed)
