Once in my teenager years, felt like someone heavy sat on my stomach, difficulty breathing, heard a woman's loud screaming, shrieking, and laughing throughout the paralysis, the experience terrorized me for years!

This is interesting, because in some cultures it is said that sleep paralysis is caused by a witch or Night Hag riding you.
