generally agree, but "work ethic" feels too intentional. I feel like it's more of a compulsion/obsession for S-tier that looks like work ethic.

reminds me of a post I saw on /r/golf the other day where dude was like "I dropped from 25 handicap to 5 in a year, here's the secret 👇" and it was basically "I spent $15,000 between lessons and golfing 4 times a week"

I don’t think I’ve ever met a creative person who thought reading would up them. In the past year what I’ve seen from nft artists are doing real strong commitments to ship often. From @mendez going full beeple to @tiffatronn doing 30+ art challenges. Only way to get better is by doing it. That’s how I got better at photography by doing photography challenges. At a certain stage, reading and seeing new types of work expands your work but its like building a business at first just go do it don’t do an mba. Maybe later read books to borrow ideas my 2 cents
