46 of those 60g are sugars… 🤔 Will be burnt in a blink of an eye. I use SIS go. 60ml. 22g of carbs (of which 0.6g of sugars) which means I have more long lasting carbs than Santa Madre.

Those seem a bit much for my type of riding but I’ll try them! I like these at <half the carbs. They have a real fruit taste. I’d take electrolytes separately too as the profile isn’t great there. https://a.co/d/0S4SalM

I haven’t tried this or any gel above 40g of carbs, looks interesting! I mostly use enervit gels because they sponsor/partner with every race near me so they’re always easily available 1000 $DEGEN

This is good stuff - generally though, I’d say sticking with sugar would be good enough. I do homemade gels with flasks like this to save some €€€ for degen activities.
