nyc is absolutely a bridge city, many pedestrian friendly, so built in elevation :)

Crossing a bridge or other things while on a run just feels good. More accomplished than after a “regular run 🏃‍♂️

nyc actually isn’t bad if you hug the waterfront, a lot of bridges that connect the boroughs

I probably only stop a few times for a 10 mile run

if you run loops of Central Park or prospect park, no lights

What’s it like running in New York? Most urban place I’ve lived in was Toronto and it was a pain in the ass to get somewhere I could run without having stop for traffic lights every city block.
