an idea (that is def too provocative to share on birdapp & one even im not 100% sure i agree with): every few years (and especially during bear markets), there should be a shakeup of talent from every web3 company. founders remain, but everyone else gets reallocated, draft-style

Funds for consistent salaries etc provided by a16z, paradigm and variant. Long term revenue comes from TV series shot and talent pool collectible cards sold.

Interesting idea. I'd personally gravitate towards the more naturally occurring market driven shake-ups others commented on

I imagine like picking teams for kickball... I'd watch that. Also could have a fantasy football league to see how your fantasy company performs in the coming fiscal year. (Don't ask me to imagine how that'd work...)

Ignoring all the clear downsides, I think it’s an interesting idea. Stronger teams are built from the learnings of previous teams. Implementing what went well and disregarding what didn’t.

I like this idea. While this definitely has its cons, the pros are fun too. As a designer, I might be able to apply insights from one product to another. Isn’t that how big leaps are made?
