an idea (that is def too provocative to share on birdapp & one even im not 100% sure i agree with): every few years (and especially during bear markets), there should be a shakeup of talent from every web3 company. founders remain, but everyone else gets reallocated, draft-style

Ignoring all the clear downsides, I think it’s an interesting idea. Stronger teams are built from the learnings of previous teams. Implementing what went well and disregarding what didn’t.
