It depends on the context and your audience, as well as the main point you aim to highlight. If the image is the focal point, the left option is preferable. However, if drawing attention to the text is your goal, the right option is better, is even more readable in that contrast, emphasizing its importance.

Looks good I’m going with rhs The product and type are given the most prominence. Soft focus background is secondary The blue and the blue green though… i think I’d make them a bit more similar. Adjust background to compliment the product photo IMO
