I meditate, a lot. I rarely use guided meditations. I usually just sit and focus on my breathe. But I also do a lot of other contemplative activities throughout the day that *could* be classified as a type of meditation. My whole life centers around those.

I’ve been doing this for a long time, and have found my favourite combinations. Sometimes I will just breathe consciously and empty my mind of clutter for few minutes, or sit in the nature and just observe the world around me. I do grounding every evening, and all this has helped. So keep practicing, that the only key to success.
