Hello ! I assume most of you train for hypertrophy, so to be bigger. Have you considered training differently? Strength, crossfit, calisthenics, etc. I trained for hypertrophy for 10 years, and after starting to diversify, such as powerlifting, crossfit, running, I feel like I just started training again🤩

I tried cali, it showed results pretty fast but after half a year everything just became to easy. Curently i try hypertrophy with a twist, i stay 2 sec at every rep engaged with the "negative"

I've done athleticism in high school and cali. Used to have no difficulties in performing Levers, planches, one arm pullups, and all of that. I can def. recommend this fun way of training.
