Hello ! I assume most of you train for hypertrophy, so to be bigger. Have you considered training differently? Strength, crossfit, calisthenics, etc. I trained for hypertrophy for 10 years, and after starting to diversify, such as powerlifting, crossfit, running, I feel like I just started training again🤩

I started with Calisthenics, then moved to strictly hypertrophy around 8 years ago. Gradually trying to ease myself into cali again, I need to feel "lighter".
