Iβm going to the gym 3 times a week, I dance and cycle once a week (and in daily life). But running literally still kills me π any ideas why? Is it because itβs a completely different style of cardio compared to cycling?

Your muscles and nervous system will need some time to become efficient at it, much like trying a new exercise at the gym. Form, tempo, and breathing also play large factors. If you're looking for a specific idea, how's your form? Do your feet land in front, or underneath you?

Tyler this is great ti know. Does the landing matters? Is it because of body form or else? Really curious about it

Yeah, it takes a while to get used to running. This article is one of the better overviews of what it takes to be a good runner https://feelthebyrn.substack.com/p/better-thinking-about-running
