Gotta admit it sounds true Though I’ve noticed that coffee really does affect different people quite differently (may have something to do with how your body metabolizes it, which is quite different in different populations)

I think that's true -- I'm really sensitive to caffeine, so I feel it in my body as muscular tension But I suspect that's also because I've become very aware of how substances make me feel. I bet there's a lot of desensitization misunderstood as tolerance or faster metabolism

I'm very sensitive to it as well, but I love the aesthetic of cafe culture. I decided to restrict coffee to special social occasions, kind of like alcohol.
