this is the way. if i want a little burst of somthing. i do what i call getting 'dad high' which is pushups/pullups, then a dab of insanely spicy hotsauce. crazy what a little natural bloodflow and capsaicin can do. as well as daily creatine ofc.

Idk how anyone gets anything done on that shit. The few times I’ve done it have been the least productive days of my life. Seems more like a party drug than a pharmaceutical aid.

I disagree when he says you if you need adderall to pass law school you shouldn't be a lawyer. By all accounts, law degrees are useless (like most college degrees). College is mostly just a process of memorizing and forgetting and they overload students so it's smart to take adderall to get through it.

I remember getting diagnosed with add a while back by some shrink. I took both Ritalin and Adderall. They did nothing to help me focus and just made me feel weird. I'm not even sure if I actually have add. If I do, it's apparently not bad enough to prevent me from just basically living.

it's legal meth and i won't hear otherwise majority of its use is feeding drug addiction and will end up as a catalyst to a new drug wave like pain meds did for fentanyl tuci might be that tbh
