Depends on what side events are happening. A satellite farcon might not be necessary, if there's lots of side event options.

Likely yes, but voted 'it depends'. If the satellite event mirrors the quality of the initial summit (speakers, audience etc.), I'd for sure go. If it's lower tier and feels like a half full room of ppl wishing they were at the actual summit, I wouldn't.
