had to fast until 3pm for some tests at the doctor i’m not a faster i don’t fast but i do as the doctor orders i show up apparently my my appt never got confirmed and its one of those too-tech-forward-for-their-own-good places so they won’t squeeze me in new type of hangry unlocked

Intermittent fasting can actually be good for you. I would unintentionally end up fasting due to work etc and over time my body got used to it.
