Do you already workout or are you starting from scratch? If you’re just starting and really just looking to shave off fat, walking on incline (search 10-3-30 treadmill). You can add light weights to tone arms too If you already walk a decent amount, then start jogging for ~45 min per day and try to stay in zone 3 if you have an Apple Watch or heart rate monitor Watching what you eat will make a huge impact too. Eat a lot of protein and minimize processed sugar

adjusting diet is much more impactful than any exercise for losing weight. a good rule of thumb is to eat high protein, and be a little bit hungry good luck!

consistently being active will matter more/have a greater impact than finding the “best” exercise. find whatever form of exercise you enjoy enough to be consistent with and keep at it. good luck!

To my mind it is a combination of power exercises with cardio. Plus of course calories defficite. Start with removing several hundreds of kkal from your daily norm and adding some 20-30 minutes cardio two-three times a week. Track your weight every day to see how it changes in average throughout a week and increase the volume of the exercises or calories defficite as you need. Don’t expect to lose more than 0.5-1 kilo a week, unless you want save your health.
