my downstairs neighbors are playing ambient music so loud that it woke me from a dead sleep (this is not the first time) complaining about how loud my neighbors are playing relaxing music makes me sound insane though. the perfect crime.

Brainstorming on how to replace my job went well. A few thoughts: - ChatGPT was actually very helpful. Had it read the Naval thread I referenced last post, and respond/ask questions as if it were him. - I realized I’m willing to sacrifice potential scale/income in order to keep things simple. - There are 2 ideas I’m really excited about that I’m trying to decide between. They would both scratch my own itch, and involve things that come naturally to me/that I enjoy. (shoutout @sardius again for the questions) Will post about the 2 options later. Day job is calling (booooo).

Keeping with my effort to start posting more, I'm going to post about the process of me making enough money at something to leave my job. Sort of building in public, before I even know what I'm building? I currently have a day job that I stumbled into and don't enjoy at all, and I play guitar in an indie band that makes a little money, but nowhere near enough to leave my job. I am literally at step zero. Don't know what I want to pivot to, don't know what kind of timeline I want to set as a goal, nothing. Going to post updates on everything, both as a way to hold myself accountable, and to maybe help anyone else in a similar position. Talk soon.
