2 things like QE make me think it's possible, but I do think the US govt has a history of course correcting when necessary and I believe that they'll adapt with the times and regulate accordingly

5 it will fail, but timeline is longer than 25 years. Likely under 100.

4 Might fall on absolute basis but relative basis is very unclear to me. A world where US falls seems to be a world where a lot of things happen very quickly in lots of places.

4 US too strong - the fiat crisis will kill weaker currencies and systems, stronger ones merely take a hit

3 if it's so problematic that it can be accurately predicted, then there will be a feedback loop where improvements are forced at the local and state level, or just the private sector as usual. the federal reserve & federal government are just different game rules, and it remains to be seen where smart capital moves.

1 - Both are actively failing. Adjusting for inflation, the avg US individual income is about 1/3 what it was during peak great depression. Plus we have a loaded corrupt supreme court. I believe we can surmount these challenges but feels unlikely without dramatic failure first.
