Today's chart comes from the Zillow Home Value Index (https://www.zillow.com/research/zhvi-methodology-2019-highlights-26221/) showing the states with highest and lowest increase in median home price over the last ten years. I was surprised to see Idaho atop the list, Florida not so much

This is a pretty crazy chart. Software dev job postings have fallen more than any other sector (of the ones i've looked at) from Feb 2020 levels. Also the hospitality job posting post covid is wild. Construction/manufacturing/nursing are net up. Source is https://github.com/hiring-lab/job_postings_tracker

Interesting data on dev job postings on indeed. Note each country is indexed based on Feb 2020 software job postings. Covid bump is wild and also interesting US has about half of job openings. France and Australia are faring the best (though surely with lower total number of postings)
