4 I prioritize listening to music first and foremost; it helps me focus. Audiobooks require me to stop being physically active or else I block out the book entirely.

Audiobooks come after podcasts, meaning that after I listened through the episodes in my Up Next, I'll go with a chapter during a walk, either after lunch or in the late afternoon. I also like to listen when driving, but I can't retain that much..

4. If I’m doing background audio, it’s usually podcasts. I stick to regular reading, even e-readers don’t capture the same experience for me. (Which is atypical for me! I’m usually pretty tech friendly.)
