3. Several times a day. A quick 15 minute convo about a given issue with a screenshare can save hours of back and forth via Slack/Figma/Email. I don't count meetings with 5+ people in them, because that's not even "a conversation" anymore. It's a shouting match.

1. We are fully remote, so it's only video calls. Certainly miss the IRL banter that comes with talking through opinions, debating topics, experiencing on-chain things together and the happy hours.

1. Sadly I mostly work remotely so most days its 0. Remote work has its benefits (no time wasted commuting, cheap lunch) but its not the best socially.
