I'm on the pnpm hype train now Just migrated the Pinata SDK to a pnpm workspace and added three different example repos and OOF I love it lol Is this my path to monorepo hell? If so @gregfromstl help me

Using it for example projects is fine. It’s when you use your monorepo to couple your frontend and backend that it’s problematic. All the wevm repos are great examples of a good monorepo. “I want to commit to both my FE and BE at the same time” is what I can’t stand

A few years back pnpm seemed great, it was the fastest, but it also sometimes created issues that no other package manager would create. The most frustrating issue is that symbolic links sometimes created dependencies errors, so you ended in a state were errors in your project came solely because you used this packet manager. I am sure many issues that pnpm historically had are now fixed, but bun as a packet manager seems much much better so in most cases, if you don't have a project that has a lot of legacy code bun should be he first choice.
