Farcasters who journal on a regular basis, when and how do you do it? What time of the day? On what support (physical notebook, app, etc.)? Do you use prompts?

- Morning - Apple Pencil - Apple Notes I don’t have a strict journaling schedule, it just happens to be mornings because I’m a morning person. Generally, I write on whatever I want to think about whenever I want to write it. I’ve been lazy and not typed any up or published.

Morning before I start work, or at night before bed if I had a tough day. Used to do it all in a Moleskine, I’ve got a collection at this point haha But now I just use my iPad… bc of password it’s actually more private.

Been using Day One for about 3 years. I try to keep it a consistent time (mornings). Depending on how busy life is, I go from no prompt to prompts. Lately I've been using the 5 minute journal prompt that I have set up as a template. https://i.imgur.com/Ij677Pw.png
