When it's 30-33 degrees Celsius outside, is it safe to go for a run? *I've just recently started running. @camilags @alor

You will have to take a lot of care with hydration. Go slow and drink water on the way as much as possible. I would go out very early or late. And avoid too much sun.

Be careful. Especially if you are not used to it. Try to run early in the morning. Last summer I ran at 30/32C and I sweated 2 liters for every hour of running. (Yes I kept an excel file with my data) So, drink a lot. Prefer routes with a lot of fountains and stop frequently to hydrate.

Hydrate well an hour or so before your run and bring a water bottle with you. Wear running gear that protects you from the sun and apply sunblock to bare skin. Watch your pace. With that hot weather, you should expect to pace slower than normal. If it’s extra humid, it will be a more difficult run. Try to find shade while running.

It's probably difficult. A brisk walk early in the morning is also good.πŸ™‚
