When it's 30-33 degrees Celsius outside, is it safe to go for a run? *I've just recently started running. @camilags @alor

Hydrate well an hour or so before your run and bring a water bottle with you. Wear running gear that protects you from the sun and apply sunblock to bare skin. Watch your pace. With that hot weather, you should expect to pace slower than normal. If itβs extra humid, it will be a more difficult run. Try to find shade while running.

Thank you for the tip, jerry! There is no shade in the stadium where I run. I suppose it would be best to wait until the evening. You seem to run too, don't you? π
