Tell me something you wish you knew when you started the lifting. For me, it was stopping being in a calorie deficit (I was a little overweight and didn't want the extra weight) and eating more protein. I've gained about 15-18 kgs of muscle and little fat, if any.

Record workouts and use progressive overload. I found before that I was just trying to smash out as much weight as possible. But now just add a little each week consistently
