Two months on from Reddit killing it's API: - Personal usage has dropped ~95% - Completely off my phone, only view occasionally from search - Warpcast has oriented around channels, perfect replacement I was a hardcore user of over 10 years, now I go days without using the site at all

I like Warpcast channels, but something about it doesn’t quite replace Reddit for me. Maybe the UI, the fact that it’s not 100% anon, not sure

It's because it's Twitter style, not collapsable threads with voting and such. This suffers from what I dislike about twitter: the inability to easily sort and go through comments. Easy when it's just a few, but becomes very problematic when it's many comments

The voting mechanism always felt like a drawback of reddit to me since point of views that aren’t held by the majority are buried by design.
