Two months on from Reddit killing it's API: - Personal usage has dropped ~95% - Completely off my phone, only view occasionally from search - Warpcast has oriented around channels, perfect replacement I was a hardcore user of over 10 years, now I go days without using the site at all

I like Warpcast channels, but something about it doesn’t quite replace Reddit for me. Maybe the UI, the fact that it’s not 100% anon, not sure

Maybe once they go permissionless we can explore the dangerous edge of niche topics without overloading devs and mods. Permissioned culture doesn't grow right.

It's because it's Twitter style, not collapsable threads with voting and such. This suffers from what I dislike about twitter: the inability to easily sort and go through comments. Easy when it's just a few, but becomes very problematic when it's many comments

It can be anon, depending on how you register to FC? Agree, it's slightly different. More like Twitter w/ Topics as a first-class feature, vs. subreddits. But scratches the same itch for me.
