For anyone building at the application layer: Today we introduce cash flows for application tokens. Application tokens — which correspond to smart contract protocols deploying services on top of blockchains that relay rights in “distributed businesses” — have historically lacked economic models connecting the tokens to the cash flows of the underlying businesses they are embedded within. There are three long-standing challenges to connecting cash flows to app tokens. 1. Governance 2. Value Distribution 3. Regulated Activity

is it more correct to view an efficient prediction market as a mechanism to provide accurate probabilities for outcomes, rather than predicting binary outcomes? e.g. prediction markets correctly assigned Trump a <50% probability of winning the 2016 election.

What are some examples of prediction markets getting it wrong? E.g. prediction markets believed Hillary would win the 2016 US presidential election. Trying to build a comprehensive list of examples. Also curious as to strong counter-examples I.e. prediction markets were right & contrary to the “professionals”

This is huge news for DAOs. Registering a DUNA legal entity will enable DAOs to engage in legal contracts with other entities and provide legal protection to individual DAO members. What does the term 'public good' mean to you? Before crypto, 'public good' maintained a concrete economic definition. I perceive that the term means many different things to different people now, with a wide spread.
