though it's always to see a physician first, i had some issues back when my back was weak, and had resolved it via kneesovertoesguy's back ability zero moves. i assume majority of back issues come with bad lifts, though.

yes, lots of rest, then rebuild slowly with lots of core/glute work until your back "forgets" the pain

powerlifter here, back issues are almost always solved with core strengthening (both prevention and rehab). i’d recommend doing mcgills big 3 for core stability + agile 8 for mobility (or something like it) before working out also, movement is medicine. don’t over exert or push things if injured, but also don’t stop moving and getting in there hope it helps, good luck! 🍀
