Recently I got a new dentist and they’re pretty awesome. At first I had a bit of sticker shock from the cost but their service is on point. Super transparent about what needs to be done, and when I got cold during a minor operation they turned up the heat and brought me a blanket lol!

I've learned along the years to not save money with dentists. I've tried to save during 10 years and now I have to do stuff for now AND for the last ten years, including ceramic crowns and veneers... which cost like $800 each (I've got 6 to fix and they were supposed to last at least 10 years). Get the best you have, clean regularly and save lots of money.

When I receive warm and kind care at a hospital, my opinion of that place significantly improves. I recently met a new doctor at the dentist's office I've been going to for years, and the way they reassured me during the treatment made me feel incredibly comfortable. It was a tooth extraction after anesthesia, and the doctor told me, 'You must not feel any pain. If you feel even a little bit of pain, raise your hand.' I think it was to ensure that the anesthesia had fully taken effect before proceeding with the extraction.

I just went to the dentist today! Mine is nothing fancy, but everyone is very kind and makes sure I'm comfortable and in-the-know with what's going on. Super important!!

I remember that one time(last year) when I got my 4 wisdom tooth removed. All these happened in a day and if you’ve had any of your teeth removed you understand the kinda pain I felt thought that day(the most I’ve ever felt). The doctor was a very nice & experienced doctor. He made sure the procedure was done gentle as possible and gave me enough ice block to place on my cheek(the were so swollen). The pain after the procedure was the worst of it.
