trying a new cardio workout focused on staying in zone 2 (133-144). it’s weirdly like the movie speed but it’s your own body. unnatural pace to maintain this (like a half trot)

Did you set it up to buzz if you go above / below? I’ve read about this workout and it looks interesting. Tried to do it manually (looking at watch compulsively) and that UX was absolutely untenable

Zone 2 as funny sounds it's hardest to maintain. During biking and rowing it's one of the trickiest to hold on for me.
