trying a new cardio workout focused on staying in zone 2 (133-144). it’s weirdly like the movie speed but it’s your own body. unnatural pace to maintain this (like a half trot)

Did you set it up to buzz if you go above / below? I’ve read about this workout and it looks interesting. Tried to do it manually (looking at watch compulsively) and that UX was absolutely untenable

yes it can be set to buzz above, below, or both! as @zachterrell pointed out to me, exercise bike is probably a little easier to manage for this type of thing than running
