GM! today Wapcast allows images apparently, so new rant about a comic artist
Juan Gimenez, 1943-2020
Argentinian artist that found in the french magazine Heavy Metal his home, next to names like Moebius, Bilal, Caza.
Probably his greatest work is the saga of The Metabarons, written by Alejandro Jodorowsky, mostly famous for his movies, books, and an approach to spirituality and magic rather controversial (you will find all this in the book, more than you ask for probably) but with also an impressive amount of great comics under his belt unkown by most.
2 images don't go remotely close to give justice to Gimenez production, but here we go notheless. My best advice is to dig deeper :) there's a lot to bury your head into even if u intend to approach only the main Metabarons saga. 1 reply
