If you add times to your reminders they’ll show up on your calendar now, that’s what I do, but I’m not good at sticking to the times

I do this when I need to block time for specific tasks, but it’s more like an addendum to my to-do list than a stand alone list. But sometimes I also put simple things on there that really need to get done so I get double reminders about it because I can’t get a pre-reminder but I can set that on my calendar so I can get a heads up that the task is coming up.

When I was running my first business (a moving company) - this was the only way I survived through the day. I was pulling 18 hour days, basically 7 days a week, and was scheduling down to my meal & bathroom breaks too 😂

all the time, I’ll even put them at specific times to optimize whatever is happening (EST phone call, has to be dry by morning, etc)
