I’m on my 22nd migraine in the last 26 days. Just want to vent, hope you don’t mind. I don’t need medical advice, it’s happening because I’m switching medications so I just need to ride it out but damn it’s not easy. If you know anyone struggling with chronic illness, please send them some love. A message, a joke or a phone call is all they need to know you’re thinking of them.

maybe they are some migraine variant or tangential thing — oxygen mask seems the most magical for me i have cluster headaches. for many years i thought i had bad migraines. they can least for weeks or more. they are cyclical and i go years in between; for others can be chronic migraine meds do almost nothing. one time i went to the er and they put me on oxygen. it’s was instant magic heaven amazing so much relief. unbelievable feeling. that’s when i first knew it wasn’t a migraine. for cluster headaches they have sumatriptan pills and nasal spray. nasal is immediate relief. pill is five min. and for chronic people i think they have at home oxygen tanks

I’m not a chronic sufferer, but I’ve gone through a recent period of chronic migraines that had me visiting the ER. I actually just had one today and I know how debilitating they are. I’m sorry you’re dealing with them and hope they clear up soon for you.

I too have felt this, for some good time now I've been experiencing serious body pains and it's been as if some tissues in my born are being squeezed I just hope to get better as I haven't really gone for a proper medication asides hot baths and mama stretching my bones (which have given me some relief ngl) Hopefully we get better Renee Your post just encouraged me and brightened my day.

Damn. I am so sorry you are having such a flare up. Switching medications can truly be one of the worst experiences for a person - wouldn’t wish that on anyone. If you ever need to vent further - you know where to find me…unless I have one too & still, u know where to find me. Ugh, they are honestly, the worst pain i have ever experienced & I don’t think people actually realize how debilitating that pain is unless you suffer from them. Thinking about you - lmk if there’s anything I can do 🌸

That's not fair 22/26 ?!?! My mom had bad Cluster headaches when I was growing up and we had a pure oxygen tank that was the only thing that worked. I'm so sorry to hear and I hope you feel better soon. Sending telepathic healing good vibes your way.
