Control: Given a Barns and noble voucher to purchase audiobooks of their choosing. Intermediate treatment: Given an iPod with four audiobooks they wanted and allowed to take the iPod home for the length of the study. Full treatment: Given an iPod with four audiobooks they wanted but only allowed to listen to the iPod at the gym, the iPod got locked in a locker.
