Someone build an alarm app that wake me up 30 min before my first meeting If the meeting is canceled or moved, or the only attendee declines, then the alarm is automatically moved back to the next meeting Useful for early morning meetings with Europeans who cancel last minute

the best startup ideas are midcurve magnets they need to be so simple, yet so controversial and with so many reasons why it can't happen, that everyone dismisses them the problem is these are often tarpit ideas it takes obsessive research, being honest with yourself, and continued first principles iteration to identify a unique insight and why you'll succeed when everyone else has failed when everyone else is dismissive, but the most visionary leaders of the industry just get it, that's when you know you've found something

wild how much alpha there is in the right builder circles i remember seeing /higher when it was 100 members, and saw ai16z at 1m mcap not saying i would have bought into either, but just seeing it early is cool. tho i haven't bought any tokens lately to focus on building
