Right now agents and agent related protocols are mostly just wrappers for big AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic etc. Which means that their core asset is either 1) media companies or 2) a token launchpad In 1) you compete for attention against the whole of CT and social media. This is obviously hard to sustain over time and there's probably just room for a select few winners In 2) a launchpad might give you cash inflows in the next few months, but then pretty sure 99% of launchpads will die whenever the market shifts this is to say that the agent path is all but an easy win, especially as the initial hype is behind us. Look beyond
