Disney+ stood out to me. Downloaded app, pressed like two buttons and I was subscribed and watching mandelorian. At the time I noted it was maybe the smoothest onboarding I had experienced. Fathom.video also stood out to me more recently after using a variety of similar services with worse onboarding
