There are things people want to do, and there are often many different ways to do it, and many tools to help make it easier. So people want to do stuff, and things can help people do stuff. How do we connect the best ways to do stuff with the people who want to do it? Internet search? Sales ppl? Content marketing?

I heard this rule of thirds. One third of the time to feel like "wtf am I doing / I suck", one third of the time feeling neutral, and one third of the time being excited and feeling like crushing it. That's a good healthy balance. If it's not that then something is off. Seems about right.

With these large language models we can have software for any use case, and it can be extremely intuitive to use. Forms -> dialog. Anytime a user gets confused the software should be able to explain the UX to them like a person would. There's so much opportunity it's everywhere I look.

Most knowledge workers have been dedicated to the "how", and AI is about to drive the cost of "how" to zero. The higher ground is "why". I don't know how long it will be safe but that's where I'm going.

If you're a curious person building a product and want to learn new things that will help you. The Statue in the Stone may be the best book you could possibly read to enhance your perspective of the world. Coming from someone who has read over 100 books on startups and lost count of podcasts and other stuff.
