Do you struggle to get to sleep or stay asleep? I had pretty bad insomnia for a while and found using a sleep restriction schedule helped. My two cures for insomnia - Iβll listen to these in bed: Waking up app - daily meditations with rain background turned up Mindscape - listen to physics podcasts at just low enough volume to barely comprehend
