Do you struggle to get to sleep or stay asleep? I had pretty bad insomnia for a while and found using a sleep restriction schedule helped. got anxiety when falling asleep when i have to wake up early for something. i’m worried i will not get enough sleep and the prophecy fulfills itself when i’m unable to fall asleep πŸ’€
