Do you struggle to get to sleep or stay asleep? I had pretty bad insomnia for a while and found using a sleep restriction schedule helped. It was a long recovery progress though https://stanfordhealthcare.org/medical-treatments/c/cognitive-behavioral-therapy-insomnia/procedures/sleep-restriction.html

This also happens to me! What has helped: - stick to a regular sleep schedule - phone away 2hrs before sleep - gym during the day - dim lights 2hrs before - get to bed only to sleep. If Iβm struggling Iβll go to another room and read/watch tv - magnesium + L-theanine 1hr before bed

In this situation, I have found listening to a boring audiobook quite effective. I find the voices on calm are too intentionally soothing Let me know if you try it and it works!
