I have to use those elastic bands that assist me with my pull-ups these days, but in the past I could do them unassisted - when I was an aerialist. The most I ever did in my adult years was 8 unassisted. But when I was a kid, and a gymnast, I could do 20 and now that just seems like some super human feat that I can't believe I did in the past! 😂 Now you've got me motivated to try to at least do ONE unassisted pull-up again (start small). And here, I skipped my workout on Sunday too. Sigh.
