π₯π₯π₯ planks always remind me of this challenge i did a long time ago. it was meant as a psychological exercise the idea was to set a timer for 24 minutes (or something like that). then try to plank for as much as you can for that time. you can take breaks but then get back to it the pain was so bad i felt like i sprained my entire torso for about a week afterwards
