Sign in with Google (and access to mail) is super hard for me from a security perspective. But I REALLY want to try this out because it sounds amazing. My product suggestion would be to give people a way to try without authenticating Google. One idea would be to forward an email and prompt to their address to try it.

This is love at first sight 😃 The summaries at the top of emails are a big timesaver! Wish they were a bit longer, esp. for long newsletters. Signup was smooth but I expected to get a tip to download the iOS app. Instead it opened the web UI in Chrome on mobile, leaving me wondering. Found it in App Store.

Not product feedback (so no tip required), but the landing page is a bit of a slog. Feature-heavy where features aren’t selling point. I’d put testimonials up front (they are more convincing) and have CTA right above that says “start for free”. Lower startup friction by removing demand on user attention.

It has a lot of good social proof and features, I wish I could compare it other competitors such as inbox zero. A blog outlining the features and how they're better/worse would be helpful. Also adding a place to submit feedback would be a lot more clear. Maybe adding intercom?

Stunning with full of information in landing page. 1. The text is too dense which hard to focus which part to pay attention first, the desktop or mobile version and blur a lot of text possibly to understand. 2. Some features are can be simplify in pricing. e.g. "flexible inbox organization" i will try tonight.

website feedback: I have to work too hard to actually understand what the product is in the primary image shown on the landing page. make it simpler, use different design cues to call out what the product is, *or* get rid of that huge row of images altogether if its not helping

criticism: i'll often get those notifications that i have *29 promotions* and there's no easy way to click in and expand that notification to start swiping (to archive / delete) most of my email review / response is done outside of the application, but inside the notification alert itself gmail app enables this

So my initial thoughts when reading ‘Use AI-powered search to analyze your entire email history’ is it requires an extreme level of trust in the service. I think security needs to be a priority in both development and marketing

One of the most important features that I never see in any email app is the ability for AI to scour my current emails to identify specific themes - I.e. “find all emails that are asking me to invest”, “find all junk email and let me sort them out”.

Shortwave’s features are groundbreaking 🚀but all that text and features is a challenge to read when viewing the landing page on mobile. A consolidated view with a short overview video at the top would be incredibly helpful, offering a quick grasp of the capabilities without scrolling fatigue.

Great product about to 10x my productivity 🤖 I like the email client with all the great Ai features it would be even better if it could support more email providers the send with a delay feature is a great way to schedule emails, but it would be helpful if it could also suggest optimal sending times
