Longer conversation (and not knocking the effort), but I just don’t think strategy docs are the right tool for organizations like Purple.

There is no one in charge. This isn’t anyone’s job. Trying to manage via strategy doc is like steering a cruise ship w/ a sail.

For better or worse, we’re running on vibes.

Some of these we could solve for quickly if we revisited the strategy work we did at the end of last year, and started using it to guide our focus and effort.

Purple is a Veblen good — the higher the daily auction, the more people will want it

Instead, we need a different way for people with less capital to become engaged that is non-dilutive

I've auto-bid higher starting bids as attempt to increase token value, knowing I'd likely be outbid on most. 

Now I see after reading this I'm also  creating an imperfect environment by shutting out many.

I'll reduce that activity and also inquire into how to organize a giveaway of 2 of my purples.  Recommendations?

I don't see Purple as stagnating. While we are not passing proposals, our treasury grows, and we have more dry powder we can use whenever we are ready.

Also, there is a proposal coming soon from @scottrepreneur based on a presentation he gave at the last Town Hall that could help address some of your concerns.

I am unsure where are at today probably close to 500 holders so autonomy to smaller teams sounds great. Many ways to skin the cat here but I like sub-teams for historic funding segments like building, commmunity building, creators as a start. All support expanding FC

I bought in without really knowing what I was getting into. I had channel notifications turned on, but then got drowned in spam. They are back on now they more channel controls are in place. 

I was nervous to jump in but everyone has been kind and helpful.  

But these are all excellent points. It can be daunting.

less mental gymnastics. more financial power. the opposite of these two were purple’s weakness. 

always said it, degen has achieved more than purple and it’s an fc borne project. be like degen, but not entirely.

In addition to not feeling like Purple is stagnating, I also also don't see my tokens as a "status symbol". I see them as a better way of contributing to a charitable (i.e. public goods) cause that gives me some governance and engagement I wouldn't get with a traditional non-profit.
